Medi-Cal provides health coverage for some low-income people, families and children, pregnant women, seniors, and people with disabilities. You must also be a resident of California and a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident or have legal status.

How do you sign up for Medi-Cal? How do you sign up for Medi-Cal?

There are four ways to enroll:

  • Call Molina Healthcare at (833) 616-0169, TTY 711. We’ll help you enroll.
  • Go to coveredca.com.
  • Visit www.dhcs.ca.gov, print the application and return via mail.
  • Apply in person at your local Department of Social Services.

When you enroll, choose Molina to provide your Medicaid benefits.
